Starting a conversation

Open Messages to see all your conversations. You can start a chat from a profile, a service, a vacancy application or an AI service page (Ask the owner). Each pair of users has one conversation, so you always find your history in the same place.

Files, offers and calls

You can attach files and images to messages. Sellers can send custom offers in the chat, and the buyer can accept or decline them right there. Video interviews for vacancies are opened from the interview invitation.

Notifications

New messages appear instantly with a sound and in the notification bell, and unread conversations are marked in the list.

Staying safe

Keep communication and payments on Workizon. Payments made through Workizon are held in escrow and protected; payments made outside the platform are not. Never share passwords or card details in messages.
