Searching for vacancies

Open Jobs in the main menu and filter by keyword, category, country, city, salary and remote work. The home page also has shortcuts by country and category.

By default each Workizon site shows the vacancies of its own country site. Turn on All sites in the header to see vacancies from every Workizon site; picking a country in the filter always shows that country's vacancies from all sites.

Some vacancies are collected from other job boards. They are marked as external, and applying to them takes you to the original site.

Creating your CV

Open CV in your dashboard to create one or more CVs with the CV builder: your experience, education, skills and languages. You can keep a CV private or make it public; a public CV has its own link you can share.

Applying for a vacancy

All your applications are in My applications. The employer can mark an application as accepted or rejected, or invite you to an interview, and you are notified about each change.

1. 1 Open the vacancy and press Apply.
2. 2 Choose one of your public CVs, or upload a file instead (pdf, doc or docx, up to 5 MB).
3. 3 Add a short message to the employer if you like and send the application.

Interviews

An employer can invite you to an interview with a date, a duration and a format: a video call on Workizon or an in-person meeting at an address. Accept the invitation or propose another time; once both sides agree you can add it to your calendar.

Video interviews open from the invitation at the scheduled time; you do not need any other app. The employer may record the interview.

Job alerts

Create a job alert from the jobs search with your keywords and filters and your email address. Confirm it with the link in the email we send you. New matching vacancies are then sent to you by email; each email has a link to manage or cancel your alerts, and you can pause or delete them at any time.
