Facilities Management Coordinator

Full-time employment £37,000.00 Per Year

Job Description

Do you want to play a key role in how our workplaces feel, being part of one of the reasons Specsavers is a great place to work!

Our Facilities team keeps our support offices safe, welcoming and running smoothly. A great opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting key services and making a visible difference to how our workplaces feel and function.

You'll support the Facilities Manager in delivering great day-to-day services, from cleaning and security to catering, space planning and organising events. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly—working with suppliers, managing contracts, and tracking performance through KPIs and SLAs to ensure a safe, efficient environment. You'll also support strong Health & Safety practices across site, helping maintain compliant, safe spaces for colleagues and visitors, while keeping an eye on budgets and ensuring services are delivered in a cost-effective way.

Alongside supervising Facilities Assistants and coordinating contractors, you'll bring energy and creativity to events and projects—helping create standout experiences and bring spaces to life across the site. From planning to delivery, you'll play a visible role in making things happen. You'll also step into wider facilities responsibilities when needed, supporting services and systems to keep everything on track.

We're looking for someone who is confident building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage competing priorities. You'll have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence with systems and MS Office. Experience in events or coordinating projects would also be great!

You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team where your ideas and contributions matter. You'll have the chance to influence how our spaces evolve, drive meaningful improvements, and create environments that truly work for our colleagues.
