Senior Program Delivery Partner (Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Principal to lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes across the DACH region. This is a senior, client-facing role combining strategic advisory, programme leadership, and commercial accountability.

You will own the end-to-end success of cloud implementations, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while driving adoption and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex cloud transformation programmes from initiation to delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client organisations
• Drive customer success, ensuring adoption, performance standards, and delivery milestones are met
• Support sales activities, including proposals, solution planning, and cost estimation
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and delivery excellence
• Oversee resource planning and resolve staffing challenges across multiple projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery, sales, and partner teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in the insurance industry, with knowledge of at least one DACH market
  
  
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or cloud implementation programmes
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while ensuring execution excellence
