The Opportunity

As Team Lead, you will manage the Inside Sales & Order Processing team, ensuring customer quotations, order fulfilment and logistics activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes and leading a customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales & Order Processing team.
• Oversee quotations, order processing and order-to-cash activities.
• Manage customer backlogs, shipping schedules and order fulfilment.
• Drive continuous process improvements and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production and Customer Service.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Support change initiatives, system implementations and business improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Inside Sales, Order Management or Customer Service.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge (NetSuite, Navision or similar desirable).
• Experience improving processes and managing operational KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
