Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation services to German-speaking customers.
- Execute tasks including business analysis, data architecture, gap fit workshops, configuration, unit testing, and validation support.
- Identify technical risks and communicate them to the project manager.
- Deliver project tasks according to the project plan and budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take full responsibility for all functional and technical aspects of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and undertake business trips to support clients on-site.
- Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects.
- Conduct customer training and act as an internal and external interface between customers and the development department.
- Organise and implement handovers in the context of project implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in German and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a bioscience subject.
- Interest in bioscience and laboratory research.
- Experience in medical laboratory processes is advantageous.
- Experience in implementing laboratory information systems.
- Strong motivational skills and the ability to deliver tasks under challenging circumstances.
- High level of commitment and proactive attitude.
- Inventive and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
