Fully remote with travel required in Germany

Salary: up to 55,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance and benefits

The company: A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international markets.

Main duties: Drive sales growth by managing distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities and expanding product distribution across Germany

The role:

- Work with and manage distributors to achieve sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and expand product availability within mainstream retail and foodservice channels

- Build and strengthen relationships to support long-term business growth

- Develop and execute promotional and sales initiatives, reviewing performance to maximise commercial results

- Collaborate with distribution partners to optimise stock levels and maintain consistent product availability.

- Develop and execute promotional and sales initiatives

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments, providing insights to support business planning

- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts and performance analysis for management.

- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate commercial activities and deliver successful projects.

- Represent the business professionally, ensuring brand standards and reputation are maintained at all times.

- Travel regularly within Germany to visit customers, support distributors and develop new business opportunities.

The candidate:

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential

- Business level English required

- Experience working in Sales / Field sales / territory sales ideally within the FMCG industry

- previous experience working with distributors ideal

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently.

- Must have a valid driver’s licence and able to visit customers min 3 days a week
