ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist (m/f/d)
Locations: Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich or Frankfurt

An international organisation is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist to join its Global IT Service team.

This is a great chance to join a growing IT practice and shape the use of the ServiceNow platform across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions

• Manage the full development lifecycle (build, test, release, documentation)

• Develop automations and integrations with external platforms

• Support, configure and maintain ServiceNow instances

• Coordinate external service providers on complex initiatives

• Deliver upgrades, updates and ongoing platform improvements

• Advise stakeholders on best practice platform usage

Your Profile

• Several years' experience in ServiceNow development or platform specialism

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub

• Experience with API integrations and workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate)

• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices

• Confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners
