They are looking for a seasoned and motivated professional to take ownership of their lending strategy, model optimisation, and broader analytics function. THE ROLE
In this role, you will oversee a broad range of customer-focused strategies, including:
- Leading the design and execution of comprehensive lending strategies across underwriting, fraud, collections, and pricing
- Leveraging analytics and wider data insights to refine and improve strategies for existing customers
- Overseeing the decision engine and introducing new decisioning frameworks and rules
- Managing a small team to enhance commercial performance and shape the strategic direction of the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience within a consumer lending or e-commerce environment
- Background working in a FinTech setting
- Hands-on experience with fraud and collections strategies
- Proven experience developing or deploying credit scorecards and credit strategy
