Your responsibilities will include supporting student registration, organising regular student events, maintaining accurate student data, assisting with academic timetabling, and providing day-to-day support to both students and staff. Your proactive approach will help enrich the student experience and uphold the high standards of the college.

College Services Officer Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within education or training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills
• Fluent English required; German skills desired.
