Speech & Language Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a professional with a passion for paediatric care, aiming to enhance communication abilities and quality of life for children with speech and language challenges.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide therapy sessions that are engaging and tailored to the needs of paediatric clients.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support the child’s overall development.
• Maintain detailed records of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate family members on how to support the child’s communication and language development at home.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and optimise therapy approaches.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech & Language Therapist, preferably with paediatric clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Certification and licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Strong understanding of speech disorders and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
