Sales and Account Executive
Location: Principle MENA Project Management LLC, 3802, Media One Tower, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE
Salary: Dependant on experience
Vacancy Type: Full time, 37½ hours per week

Brand implementation and corporate identity roll out is a complex environment, we work with businesses to ensure their brand is delivered consistently by expertly providing consultative approach audit and project management, fit-out, signs and wayfinding, graphics, interiors, financing and regular maintenance.
Purpose of the Role:
To provide sales and account support for a number of new and existing clients by taking direction from management where tasks will include compiling new documents, data and providing technical and general support.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Utilise existing data to keep and maintain a supplier and a marketing database
- Use the above database to help create and produce marketing campaigns including the creation of mail shots
- Own the process for all company bid and quote meetings when tenders are received and ensure all key staff are included as well as ensuring all key tasks and actions are completed in timely fashion.
- Assist with the process of gathering data to win bids as instructed by the management/line manager and existing supply chain
- Work with existing client teams to compile information for tenders and presentations
- Liaise with marketing and design to get quotes packaged up for presentations to new and existing clients
- Own the process for all project launch meetings and weekly reviews as and when new projects are secured ensuring all key staff are included and key tasks and actions are completed in timely fashion.
- In the event the sales support team grows - coordinate the full teams’ work to maintain accurate forecasting including potential sales and opportunities
- Provide first level response for incoming calls, receiving, transferring calls and taking messages for the appropriate colleague.
- Maintain a high level of customer care and service at all times
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, operations) to align brand messaging and consistency.
- Coordinates products and services to ensure that necessary sourcing and procurement activities are completed timely to support the project timeline.
- Coordinates with other project team members and outside resources to ensure project objectives are achieved (includes Sales, Design, Finance, Principle 360 Partners (product and installation), engineering, construction site managers, etc.).
- Analyse market trends, identify business needs, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Articulate and embed the organization's branding in all go-to-market materials.
- Occasional requirements to visit site of works to oversee projects, collect information and liaise with client leads to ensure smooth operations at site
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion.
- Excellent customer service experience with the desire to create and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Must be a proactive thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop ideas to deliver improvements.
