AED 50000.00 - AED 250000.00 Per Year

Job description

Real Estate Broker

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

(Ideal for London Estate Agents Ready for Their Next Step Up)

I recently spent some time Dubai & met with +20 Hiring Managers (Real Estate Businesses). Following these appointments, I now have a very good understanding of how they work & what they need.

London Agents are very much in demand..

If you've considered a move (who hasn't?) but are just unsure of the details, I can help.

If you want to discuss how their market works, salary structures, commissions, tax, Brokers vs Developers, earning potential, cost of living, the Visa situation, good vs bad employers, common mistakes made by UK staff moving over there (etc), get in touch...

About the Role(s)

We’re looking for ambitious, driven London-trained estate agents who want to take their skills to one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets. Dubai offers higher earning potential, international clients, and a lifestyle upgrade.

Whether your background is in sales, lettings, or new homes, this role is a natural next step for agents who thrive in competitive, commission-led environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising local and international clients on buying, selling, and renting property in Dubai
  • Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, viewings, negotiations, and closing
  • Building and maintaining a strong client pipeline through calls, viewings, and networking
  • Working with off-plan developers and secondary market listings
  • Keeping up to date with Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and pricing
  • Delivering a high-level, relationship-driven service to a global clientele

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in a target-driven, commission-based role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with high-net-worth individuals
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai (visa support provided)

Why Move to Dubai?

  • Tax-free commission with uncapped earning potential
  • Average top performers earn significantly more than UK equivalents
  • Year-round sunshine and a high standard of living
  • Fast-paced market with motivated buyers and sellers
  • International exposure and long-term career growth

What's On Offer

  • Competitive commission structure with no earnings cap
  • Relocation support (visa, onboarding, training)
  • Access to high-quality leads and developer stock
  • Ongoing sales and market training
  • Modern offices in prime Dubai locations
  • Clear progression to senior broker or management roles

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Sales Negotiators
  • Lettings Negotiators
  • Senior Estate Agents
  • New Homes Sales Consultants
  • Valuers / Assistant Managers
