What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage end-to-end project operations, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, technical crews, vendors, and contractors
- Oversee logistics, site setup, and on-site delivery to ensure smooth execution
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and cost controls without compromising quality
- Ensure all technical, health, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Act as the main operational point of contact for stakeholders and senior management
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Event, Operations, or Project Management (or related field)
- 5–7 years’ experience managing large-scale events, exhibitions, or live environments
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of technical production, logistics, and operations
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English fluency is an advantage
