What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage end-to-end project operations, including timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, technical crews, vendors, and contractors
  • Oversee logistics, site setup, and on-site delivery to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and cost controls without compromising quality
  • Ensure all technical, health, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for stakeholders and senior management

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event, Operations, or Project Management (or related field)
  • 5–7 years’ experience managing large-scale events, exhibitions, or live environments
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of technical production, logistics, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English fluency is an advantage
