Paralegal | Corporate M&A | UAE Experience essential
We are proud to be working with a leading International Law Firm in Dubai as they are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal - Corporate M&A to join their strong practice which covers transactional M&A deals, private equity, venture capital, investment funds, corporate reorganisations and commercial work. The firm are well known for working within the tech space, sovereign wealth funds and private equity venture capital funds. You will work closely with other transactional teams such a Capital Markets, Funds and Private Equity.
The Role
- Liaising and assisting with setting up companies
- Take responsibility fo corporate maintenance tasks for a large number of clients
- Undertake due diligence for M&A and corporate reorganisation projects
- Perform record searches with government authorities
- Provide instructions to PROs
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Prepare clients correspondence in the form of letters, memos and emails
- Research legislation
Candidate Requirements
- Atleast 5 years experience in a Corporate Paralegal role in the UAE
- Experience at a leading international law firm or major regional firm
- Excellent Arabic and English
