Paralegal - Corporate

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded international law firm in Dubai who are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and forward-thinking firm offering high quality work and genuine long-term progression prospects within the Middle East market.

The firm is looking for a confident and organised Paralegal to provide essential support to fee earners across a varied caseload of corporate matters.

The Firm

The Paralegal will join a respected Dubai-based practice known for delivering high quality legal services to multinational corporations, regional businesses and high net worth individuals. The firm offers a collaborative working culture, strong supervision and exposure to cross-border transactions within a structured and professional environment.

The Role

The Corporate team manage a broad caseload including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, company incorporations and regulatory advisory work across the UAE and wider GCC region.

You will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

The role will include:

  • Manage administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners

  • Assist with file opening, compliance checks and case management

  • Draft standard correspondence and legal documents using precedents

  • Support with due diligence exercises and document review

  • Assist with company incorporations, corporate filings and licence applications

  • Prepare board minutes, resolutions and corporate governance documents

  • Liaise with clients, government authorities and third parties via telephone and email

  • Conduct legal research on UAE corporate and commercial regulations

  • Maintain accurate file records and manage deadlines

The Paralegal

You will be a proactive and reliable individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Corporate environment.

The Paralegal will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively

  • Experience supporting Corporate or Commercial matters

  • Confidence working to deadlines and under pressure

  • Experience in a similar role is essential, those without experience will not be considered
