We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Junior Chef to join a prestigious UHNW family based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, with experience gained in environments such luxury restaurants or on private yachts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in refined culinary environments and is ready to bring creativity, precision, and passion to a private household setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook exceptional Mediterranean and Italian dishes for daily family meals and informal gatherings.
• Assist with menu planning, ensuring dishes are varied, seasonal, and tailored to the family’s tastes and dietary preferences.
• Source and handle premium ingredients, maintaining uncompromising standards of quality and freshness.
• Ensure the kitchen is immaculately clean and well-organized, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the Head or Senior Chef (if applicable) with preparation, presentation, and service.
• Provide a personalized dining experience, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
• Work flexible hours as required, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of professional experience in luxury restaurant or yacht kitchens (private household experience advantageous).
• Expert knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with strong technical skills.
• Creative flair, excellent presentation, and genuine passion for fine food.
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable attitude.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start promptly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
Schedule: 5 days per week, approx. 9 hours per day
