We’re seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at a major UAE production facility.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all factory operations across production, fabrication, quality, and workflow
• Lead and develop diverse teams across carpentry, metal, paint, and technical disciplines
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
• Implement efficient processes, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage resource allocation, machinery, materials, and health & safety compliance
• Collaborate with project teams to bring creative concepts into high-quality manufactured reality
• Uphold high standards across output, safety, performance, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing production or fabrication facilities—preferably within events, exhibitions, interiors, or brand experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
• Hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, production processes, and HSE standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
