Who We’re Looking For

You must have at least one of the following:

6+ months of experience in FX, brokerage, payments, or financial markets

OR

Proven sales experience (phone-based, B2B, telesales, recruitment, door-to-door, or similar)

And you must be:

• Driven, competitive, and commercially sharp

• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach

• Motivated by progression, performance, and earnings

• Excited by the idea of selling FX solutions in Dubai’s fast-paced market

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage your own pipeline of B2B clients

• Generate leads through cold outreach and LJMR’s data-driven sourcing platform, Sonar

• Research industries and client needs to build compelling value propositions

• Present FX, hedging, payments, and trade finance solutions to prospects

• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups

• Work closely with senior colleagues to close business and onboard clients

• Keep clients informed on market movements and help them manage FX risk

• Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth handover and fast conversion

You’ll be supported through the LJMR Academy, where you’ll learn:

• Macroeconomics

• Foreign Exchange markets

• International payments

• Hedging strategies

• Sales psychology and performance techniques
