13.2.4. Take further legal action against you, as appropriate;

13.2.5. Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or

13.2.6. Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).

13.3. We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions that We may take (including, but not limited to those set out above in Part 13.2) in response to your breach.

If you opt out of emails from Us, it may take up to 8 days for your request to take effect and you may continue to receive emails during that time.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

16.1. The Terms, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

16.2. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to the Terms or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16.3. Jurisdiction and Representation
All services are provided exclusively by :brand_legal, a company registered in :company_country. :brand_legal does not have a registered office, permanent establishment, or legal representation in any other country unless explicitly stated.

The availability of this website in a specific country does not imply the existence of a local entity, representative office, or permanent establishment in that country. All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of :company_country and are administered by :brand_legal from its :company_country base.

17. Subscription and Automatic Payments

17.1. When subscribing, the User can select the Recurring Payments option. If this option is activated, funds will be automatically deducted from the User's payment method on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected subscription period.

17.2. The User may cancel the subscription at any time. In this case, after the end of the paid period, the subscription will not be renewed, and the User's account will be transferred to a free (Free) plan.

17.3. Payments for an already started subscription period are non-refundable.

18. Waiver of Rights

18.1. Under this Agreement, :brand_legal provides a service related to prepayment for digital content online. This service involves delivering digital content in the form of electronic publications, which are not supplied on a physical medium, and access to which is provided upon request.

18.2. The Buyer agrees that from the moment the subscription to the product is activated, the subscription service begins, and therefore, they waive the right to a refund within 14 (fourteen) days as stipulated in applicable consumer protection regulations.
